Welcome To NCLT Kolkata Bar Association
This Association has been formed inter-alia for providing different kinds of services to its members practicing at the Kolkata Bench of National Company Law Tribunal and for undertaking welfare activities for the Practitioners and their families.This Association comprises of all Professionals eligible to practice before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal which include Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants as provided in law.

Membership Fees
Ordinary Membership
1,500- Enrollment/ admission fee payable by a member is Rs. 500/-. In addition thereto, an annual subscription of Rs. 1,000/- is payable by each member. In case the applicant is applying on or after the month of September, Rs. 500/- as half-yearly subscription is required to be paid by the applicant. Cheques / draft to be drawn in favour of “National Company Law Tribunal Kolkata Bar Association”.
Life Membership
10,500- The Persons, who are eligible to become Ordinary Members, may on request and on making the payment of admission fee of Rs. 500/- and the subscription equivalent to the amount of 10 years subscription may become Life Member, provided his request is accepted by the Executive Committee.
